Venkat Prabhu is a proud man!

Its a proud moment for a director when his assistant branches out and makes an independent film.

At the Attakathi press meet youcould see that during the face of a glowing Venkat Prabhu.Venkat is a proud man as one in all his favourite assistants Ranjith, has succeeded in creating a good film, which has now been taken for distribution by Studio Green.

Says Venkat : “It’s a large feeling when your assistants make films. When Vetrimaran’s assistants began launching their very own films I used to wonder when it might happen for me. Andafter seeing Ranjith’s Attakathi I got a way of immense satisfaction and happiness.”

Now it looks as if another of his assistants Venkatesh goes to become an independent filmmaker. The heroine is Attakathi fame Nanditha from Kannada while Michael plays the hero. The film is heroine oriented and can be set in Madurai and Chennai and is titled Nalanum Nandhaniyum.

Seems like Venkat Prabhu goes to be an excessively happy man as increasingly of his assistants are turning directors.
