Bollywood superstar Salman Khan might face a prison sentence yet again, that too for as much as three years. The case in question is the black-buck shooting incident which charged him with his co-stars Tabu, Neelam, Sonali Bendre and Saif Ali Khan during their ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ shooting days. Salman was found guilty under the Wildlife Protection Act on charges of killing two black bucks in 1998. The black buck is a protected species of antelope. Now the 14 year old case is being examined by the Rajasthan High Court and sources have reported that Salman might be held under Section 51 of Wildlife Act and section 149 of the IPC. It can be noted that section 51 of the wildlife Act features a three year jail term. If the court finds Salman guilty, he may wind up in jail yet again.
