After Amy Jackson made her way up in K’town, it looks as if there's a demand for foreign heroines. The newest to sign up for the list is top British model/actress Anara Atanes, who’s been cast within the Tamil film Kaadhale Ennai Kaadhali.The movie features actor Santhosh because the protagonist, and is directed by the London-based Tamil actor Shan debuting as a filmmaker.
“It’s a narrative of an Indian boy portrayed by Santhosh, who's settled in London. He falls for a British girl played by Anara, and the struggle they undergo to be united in wedlock, forms the crux. So, I WISHED a foreign girl for the feminine lead and we chose Anara. It was her natural long, black tresses that appealed to me once I first met her,” explains Shan.
The best part, in step with Shan, is that Anara wrote down her lines in English, and dubbed her own voice in Tamil.
The entire story occurs in London, and Roy from Hollywood, debuts because the villain. Manorama, Nizhalgal Ravi, Mayilsamy and Chaams form the supporting cast. The movie will hit cinema halls by August end.
