Thaman scores for Delhi Belly remake

The latest buzz within the industry is that composer Thaman have been roped in to attain music for the Tamil remake of Delhi Belly.

The original, with the exception of its explosive storyline, was also within the news for its tracks. The music was composed by Ram Sampath, and had come under the scanner for some daring numbers including Bhaag D.K. Bose…, Nakkaddwaley Disco…, Ja Chudail… and Switty Tera Pyaar…. Now, with Thaman being a part of the Kannan-directed Tamil remake of the film, expectations are riding high.

We also hear that other than Arya and Santhanam, Premgi have been approached to play Kunaal Roy Kapur’s role within the film. While talks are directly to rope in Hansika for Shehnaz’s character, Anjali was offered the role of Poorna Jagannathan. P G Muthiah, another constant in Kannan’s crew, might be handling cinematography.
