Trade sources have confirmed that Red Giants Udhayanidhi Stalin’s launch film as hero Oru Kal Oru Kannadi (OKOK), can have a world release on April 13.The Rajesh directed OKOK was initially planned as an April 6 release, which got pushed. Now it's OKOK for Udhayanidhi, as he cannot get a greater date for hislaunch film, as April 13 is Tamil New Year day.
It is sensible move by the producers Red Giants as they get the advantage of a solo release and feature no big star film opposition.
Remember, 3 is getting released on March 30, and OKOK is keeping a secure distance from the Aishwarya Dhanush film.
This ensures both 3 and OKOK won't clash and can get their very own openings.
