Scientist hails Tamil film

Pudhiya Kaaviyam

Ramesh, who has assisted many Kollywood filmmakers, has taken the massive leap and directed his first film Pudhiya Kaaviyam.

The film emphasises the truth that agriculture is the backbone of India’s economy and stars Dileep and Jhanavi.The film was recently screened for noted agricultural scientist Dr Nammalvar on the AVM Preview Theatre. Nammalvar said, “Though Ramesh has indulged in cinematic liberties for commercial purposes, Pudhiya Kaaviyam is an earnest effort to prove that the soul of India lives in our villages.

It has a bigger message and that i appreciate his good attempt.” The film’s music have been composed by national award winner Dashi.
