Sounds curious? Here’s more. The hit Tamil film Vettai which was directed by Lingusamy, is now being remade in Tollywood by Bellamkonda Suresh.While Naga Chaitanya reprises Arya’s role in Telugu, T’town sources inform DC that the vivacious Tamannah was roped in to play his romantic interest.
Earlier, there have been reports suggesting Hansika might go on board in Vettai remake, since she looked to be the lucky mascot of producer Bellamkonda Suresh (his earlier film Kandireega together with her was an enormous hit).
A source with regards to Tammu confirmed the inside track to DC that the actress has signed the Telugu remake of Vettai.
The source however, didn’t have any clue as to why Hansika was dropped, “After all, Nag and Tamannah has given a blockbuster hits 100 % Love earlier in Telugu they usually make a cute pair,” was all of the source was willing to reveal.
The Paiyaa girl is currently busy with two more flicks Rebel and Cameraman Ranga Tho Rambabu in Tollywood and Himmatwala remake in B’town.
