Shruti Hassan who started out her career as a glamorous action loving girl in Bollywood with films like Luck and Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji, is ready to play the demure girl in Hindi (after the success of Dabangg Telugu remake) under Prabhu Deva’s direction.The film is the remake of his own Telugu flick Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana, which had Trisha and Siddharth within the leads. The film was also made in Tamil as Unakkum Enakkum with Jayam Ravi and Trisha again.
The Hindi remake will introduce producer Kumar Taurani’s son Girish Taurani because the male lead, is alleged to have roped in Sonu Sood to play Shruti Hassan’s brother ( played by Srihari in Telugu, while Prabhu in Tamil).
Earlier many actors were considered for the role, but Prabhu Deva was firm to rope in sexy looking villain Sonu Sood on this emotional role we hear.
