Vimal and Sivakarthikeyan join hands for KBKR

National award winning director Pandiraj is ready together with his new movie interestingly titled Kedi Ranga Killadi Billa.The film has Vimal and Sivakarthikeyan within the lead, with Bindu Madhavi and Regina opposite them respectively.
