Diana Penty to behave in Biriyani?

Venkat Prabhu’s Biriyani has barely gone on floors and it's already garnering numerous excitement, coming because it does at the heels of his last outing Mankatha that set the silver screen ablaze way to some dazzling performances — especially from Thala Ajith.For this outing however, Venkat Prabhu signed on actor Karthi and, reports suggest that it was for a whopping amount. Then, there have been reports in regards to the producers pulling quite a casting coup by roping within the newlyweds — Sneha and Prasanna.

Now, the thrill is set Bollywood beauty Diana Penty, who made quite an impression in her debut Hindi flick Cocktail, being approached to enroll in the exciting line-up that still includes actress Richa Gangopadhyay.

When DC approached Venkat Prabhu, his manager said, “Nothing was finalised as yet. Yes, talks are on with Diana Penty, but she hasn’t signed at the dotted line so far.

An announcement may be made only after the contract is sealed.” He adds, “Also, we can’t confirm about Sneha and Prasanna being part of the solid. It's yet to be finalised.”

Biriyani will see the approaching together of Venkat Prabhu with Yuvan and Premgi to boot. The shooting is about to commence in August. Until then, it’s a game of wait and watch!
