Lakshmi Rai will sport an absolutely deglamourised look in her upcoming flick Thandavam. The actress was shooting for the film with none make-up. After camping for plenty of days in London for the shoot, the actress is back and can't stop talking about her prominent role within the film.She says, “Some directors attempt to give a new, never-seen-before search for their heroines. Vijay is one such director who loves to do something different together with his lead actors. He chose a de-glam search for me in Thandavam, and that i even have more scope for acting. Don't expect to peer the regular, glamorous Lakshmi Rai on this film. I'M experimenting with a brand new character. Hope people love me on this role.”
