The makers of Billa 2 have finally put an end to the speculations in regards to the release of the movie. As we reported on Monday (June 25), the film is able to hit the screens worldwide on July 13 in massive 1200 plus screens.Suni Kheterpal, CEO – IN Entertainment said, “Billa 2 will release in 1200+ screens worldwide on July 13, 2012. We started principal photography of the film with a proper ceremony at Ramoji Film city in Hyderabad on July 14, 2011. It will likely be exactly a year later that the audiences shall get to look the film in theatres. There's a grand first look function being planned in Chennai on July 1/July 2. This may increasingly kick-start the visual promotions of the film across media platforms.”
Billa 2 is being readied for a large simultaneous release in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala along side North India and International markets. The Telugu dubbed version could be released as David Billa. Both Tamil and Telugu versions might be released in Karnataka. The film could also be being released with subtitles in France, Malaysia and Arabia.
The gangster-thriller film stars sensational Ajith, dazzling waku doki Parvathy Omanakuttan and glamorous Bruna Abdullah. This can be a sequel to Billa, directed by Vishnuvardhan. The movie tells the tale of the baddie David Billa, who was killed within the first installment.
