Amala Paul’s cat out of the bag

Everyone is wondering why Amala Paul, who was touted because the next big thing in Kollywood, is silent at the present time and seems to have migrated to Tollywood. Her career looked to be at the upswing after teaming up with Vikram in director Vijay’s Deiva Thirumagal, yet she turned down several Tamil film offers, the latest one being Jayam Ravi’s Bhoologam.

The dusky beauty from Kerala cited date issues because the reason but apparently, she currently has just one T’town film with Ram Charan Teja.

Now, the cat is out of the bag! It’s her close ‘friendship’ with director Vijay that’s the explanation behind her studious silence and disappearing act in K’town.

Even though Amala has denied an affair with Vijay and always maintained that they're ‘just good friends’, close sources suggest that he's the only constantly advising her on career moves.

As reported by us earlier, Vijay is gearing as much as direct Ilayathalapathy Vijay in a film titled Thalaivan. The movie is being produced by Chandraprakash Jain and director Vijay has promised his ‘good friend’ Amala that she's going to sizzle alongside the Velayudham star because the lead female.

The buzz is that the director has also asked her to not sign another films and wait until August, that is when he'll complete his current project Thaandavam, and actor Vijay will finish shooting for Thuppakki.

A little birdie informs that Thalaivan (Leader), whose title has tremendous value, was registered by director Madesh on the Producers Council for a movie he was alleged to do with Thala Ajith. The Kaavalan star shares an excellent rapport with Madesh as they earlier worked together in Madurae, so the latter was willing to supply the title to him.

Which brings us to the massive question on everyone’s mind — What is going to happen to Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Yohan- Adhiyayam Ondru, which he's to start out in the course of this year?
