Directed by Prabhu’s assistant Anbhazhagan, the movie highlights the noble profession of teaching.
While director-turned-actor Samudhrakani plays the lead role of a teacher, Yuvan may be seen within the central character of a student.
The story, set against the backdrop of a rural school, apparently revolves across the teacher-student relationship.

Incidentally, the role bears a similarity to my science teacher Kadarkarai in Marimuthu Nadar Melnilai Palli in Virudhunagar, where I studied some years ago. I met him recently and in addition discussed in regards to the movie,” he reveals.
