Karthi has the original distinction of being an actor who has not had a single flop. This explains why trade circles are buzzing with the scoop that Vendhar Movies has purchased the theatrical rights of Saguni for a jaw-dropping sum of 23 crores. Saguni is a hugely awaited film as Karthi’s last release was Siruthai which was out long ago in 2011 for Pongal.
Director Shankar Dayal’s political thriller is ready a cunning and astute man who goes directly to rule the state. Pranitha is the heroine and the hit combination of Karthi and Santhanam might be back to rock the screen. Radikaa, Kota Srinivas Rao, Nasser and Roja also are a part of the solid. Saguni is predicted to hit the screens in June.
