Actor Aadhi is currently shooting for the bi-lingual Maranthein Mannithen in Andhra.
The movie is predicated on an actual life flood incident that happened in a village a couple of decades back. Recently, the actor was even mildly injured, when a flood scene was being shot.
Apparently, water from a reservoir was to be released onto the scene for a shot which included Lakshmi Manchu and Aadhi. The unit was readying to raise six flood gates for the scene which began as planned.
However, what nobody counted on was the 2 actors being swept away by the sudden force of the water. Any untoward incident was averted when fishermen nearby plunged in on time to avoid wasting the duo.
Talking concerning the several water scenes within the film, Aadhi says, “I has been shooting for therefore many days in water in conjunction with the remainder of the150 member cast. But because the lead actors we needed to several times dip our entire heads into the water for the flood scenes and keep repeating that for re -takes in addition to! a result, I'VE started getting water phobia!”
