Trisha gets Sachin’s bat

Trisha, who celebrated her birthday recently, is on cloud nine. The reason being that she received a cricket bat, which was personally signed by master blaster Sachin Tendulkar. “I will preserve this memorable gift,” she says.

Giving details as to how she got the bat, the actress says, “I have insurance with Aviva, for which Sachin Tendulkar is the logo ambassador. The corporate decided to gift bats signed by Sachin to some clients and i'm one in every of them.”

“I am an enormous fan of Sachin. So getting a bat that has his signature isn't a standard thing for me. It is a precious gift and that i will preserve it like a treasure,” Trisha adds with a broad smile.

Trisha, who was seen in ‘Mankatha’ last year, can be seen in a slew of Tamil films this year. She has ‘Samar’ with Vishal, ‘Endrendrum Punnagai’ with Jiiva and ‘Boologam’ with ‘Jayam’ Ravi.
