Samar faces problem

Thiru’s Samar starring Vishal and Trisha is again caught up in an issue with its title. Earlier titled Samaran, the film’s name was changed to Samar after much brainstorming. But, an individual by name Sakthi Mohan claims to have already registered the title with the guild. In a press release he has said, “Pa Vijay, for certainly one of his projects had registered the title. But, after I requested him for the title, he graciously withdrew his registration. Now, I wouldn’t mind going to the court to retain it.”

Samar also features Sunaina, Manoj Bajpai, JD Chakravarthy and Rajendran. Richard M Nathan cranks the camera and Yuvan Shankar Raja is doing the music for the film. Will the title change again? We can need to wait and watch.
