Thuppakki is releasing in Mumbai today following the positive response it's been getting all around the South and in overseas markets. The tale as we all know is entirely set in Mumbai and Vijay plays a Mumbai Thamizhan, named Jagdish, who sets out on a mission to wipe out sleeper cells which might be out to terrorize Mumbai through serial bomb blasts.
31 screens are set to screen Thuppakki in Mumbai and the paid preview that was held yesterday led to great responses for this Murugadoss movie. Seems like the success story might be repeated here too.
