Anushka’s next is making ready

Here’s some excellent news for Anushka’s fans. The heroine’s much-delayed film ‘Irandaam Ulagam’, directed by Selvaraghavan and has Arya as her co-star, is now in its final leg of shooting. Selvaraghavan and his crew are currently in Hyderabad for the general schedule of the flick. Arya, Anushka and Selva could be working for 20 more days to finish it.

A source from the unit says, “The team may be shooting in some scenic locations in and around Rajahmundry for the last schedule. Selva has picked a couple of hilly locales to present the overall touches to Irandaam Ulagam.”Buzz is that Anushka will play a bold village girl within the second half, and he or she will essay the role of a health care provider within the first half. It's said that she is regarded as a second hero within the film, along with her character having equal importance to Arya’s.

The crew has also shot in Georgia, that is actually the ‘second world’ within the film. Interestingly, the entire characters in that schedule except Arya and Anushkha were native Georgians. Once the shoot is wrapped up, the director could be taking as many as four months for post-production, sources inform us.
