Anushka gets devotional

Telugu director Kodi Ramakrishna’s movie Ammoru inspired actresses just like the late Soundarya and Ramya Krishnan in a devotional manner.Similarly, it looks as if actress Anushka Shetty was inspired by her latest release Damarukum. The Singam actress says that she has always been a devotee of Lord Shiva from her childhood. She also said that she worked for the film as a devotee, and never as an actress.The film has Nagarjuna within the lead and Ganesh Venkatraman playing a negative role for the primary time. Rumour is that the film is encouraged by the book , the Shiva trilogy, The Immortals of Meluah, penned by Amish Tripathi.
