Moondru Per Moondru Kadhal Movie Online – Music Review

Moondru Per Moondru Kadhal marks the return of director Vasanth after his highly acclaimed last outing Satham Podadhey. This film also reunites him with composer Yuvan Shankar Raja with whom he’s worked on a few earlier occasions and with great success. The entire lyrics has been penned by Na. Muthukumar.

Aaha Kaadhal Konji Pesudhe…  Singers: Nandini ErikarLyrics : Na Muthukumar

The album opens with an attractive raga-rock tune. The contrast is lovely with the singer’s carnatic intonations while the backing band supports her with a bluesy groove. A SELECTED section of the melody does appear to lead towards a well-liked Ilayaraja tune ‘Entha Poovilum Vasam Undru’ but goes elsewhere. The singer Nandini brings a pleasing and authentic feminine personality to the tune together with her voice and function. The orchestration includes interludes that feature violin, accordion and flute segments, giving it a refreshing feel of an ‘early morning song’.

Kaadhal Enthan Kaadhal…  Singers: Neha BhasinLyrics : Na Muthukumar

The build-up of the song is very impressive. What begins as an overly sober yet haunting melody explodes into something that you simply can’t help yourself from bobbing your head or tapping your feet to. The track’s use of the morsing and processed beats provides an ideal groove. Neha Bhasin delivers a performance with an attitude that the track demands. The song has several sing-along moments, which really is without doubt one of the indications of successful song and the nadhaswaram hook is.. well, off the hook !

Mazhai Mazhai…Singers: Karthik, ShwethaLyrics : Na Muthukumar

While the hole segment prepares you for the standard mellifluous tune about rain, be warned that the track doesn't join standard templates or song structures. Lot of changes refill the song which can require a couple of listens to totally follow and comprehend. The orchestration is pretty heavy with so much happening. There’s plenty occurring with the vocals as well, from solo segments, to exchanges to harmonies between Karthik and Shwetha who deliver excellent performances.

Padapadakkudhu Maname…Singers: Krish,BlaZeLyrics : Na Muthukumar

This one is correct up Yuvan’s alley with the R&B sort of tune. It’s the type of music the young generation involves expect of Yuvan and he doesn’t disappoint. The accordion segment is pretty nice even though it’s repetitive. Popular rapper BlaZe gets a possibility to give himself differently as he sings melody aside from fluent rap portions. Krish’s segments are almost freestyle that lives a lifetime of its own but is made to nicely compliment the tune with its crafty placement. Musically, the tune may well be commonplace for listeners who follow international pop music.

Unakkagave Uyir Vaalgiren…Singers: Yuvan Shankar RajaLyrics : Na.Muthkumar

Yuvan wins bragging right for being the primary to bring dubstep to Tamil film music. Fans of the genre though might feel that it’s toned down a notch for the regional audience who is probably not familiar to this variety of music. Yuvan drops some nice beats however the melody continues to be king and he delivers it in his own unique voice literally making the song his own. There are some nifty video-game-ish musical effects that he utilized in his other recent release Aadhi Bhagavan.

Stop The Paatu…  Singers: Ramesh VinayagamLyrics : Na.Muthkumar

The song has the possible to become probably the most widely sung tune particularly for its pumping percussions and lyrical content. This is able to be the one song at the album that may be pretty direct relating to melody and approach. The chorus and the instrumental hooks are all in its usual place but there's experimentation within the interludes. Ramesh Vinayagam sings the song well with pep in addition to irony.

Verdict: Overall, the album could have been described as ‘post-modern’ by the director, but it’s an easily approachable album where each listener can pick a distinct track as their favorite. Yuvan Shankar Raja does things his own way, and does it mighty good!

Karthi croons for ‘Biriyani’ under Yuvan

Venkat Prabhu always has a surprise or two up his sleeve. And appears like with Biriyani too he's adding his touches here and there. First there has been an entire makeover with a brand new search for Karthi within the film. Now the most recent is that Venkat has convinced Karthi to sing within the film for one song. The recording was done within the presence of Premgi Amaren as well, who's singing together with Karthi. Premgi has sung in plenty of films earlier. Set to music by Yuvan, Venkat feels the song may be a mega hit in Biriyani.

Venkat has praised his lead actor’s singing skills. Apparently Karthi was having a great time jamming old Ilayaraja songs at the sets with the team.

Venkat has tweeted: “Karthi is a groovy singer! We always jam up isaignani songs within the sets! Karthi and Premgi did a perfect job! Super threesome track.”

An excited Premgi had also tweeted, “Karthi and me singing the long run super duper ultimate mega hit song in BIRIYANI !”

It maybe recalled that Karthi had sung a couple of lines in Paruthiveeran his debut film within the oor ora puliyamaram number set to Yuvan’s music. Thereafter he have been seen singing at public functions and on TV shows on demand. He becomes the most recent actors to enroll in the singers bandwagon after Kamal, Vijay, Dhanush, Simbu, Vikram, Arun Vijay and others.

Looks just like the fun has just begun!

Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom Movie Online – Review

Everyone has memories, sweet and tough. Some hard memories remain painful forever, and a few brings a grin and even laughter when looked back. Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom (NKPK) is one such difficult memory that makes everyone roll at the floor and laugh when narrated. This can be a true story of 4 friends Prem Kumar, Saras, Bagavathy and Balaji.Balaji Tharaneetharan makes an entry into the film industry as a director with this film. NKPK is an adaptation of an actual incident involving himself, cinematographer Prem Kumar and two in their friends, Saras and Bagavathy. Prem Kumar has wielded the camera for the film, while Vijay Sethupathy of Pizza fame has portrayed his role. The unique Bagavathy (aka Bucks) appears as himself within the film, Vigneshwaran has taken up the role of Balaji (aka Bajji) and Rajkumar plays Saras. Gayathri of 18 Vayasu fame plays Dhanalakshmi, the affection interest of Prem.

The story revolves around Prem and his friends. Prem’s marriage is in another two days and to calm down from the pressure, he goes out to play cricket together with his three buds. He falls down while playing, gets hit on his head and temporarily loses his recent memories (things that happened within the last year). Unfortunately he loses the memory of his fiancĂ©e, Dhanalakshmi (Gayathri) too. It’s now as much as the 3 friends to get Prem married to his forgotten girlfriend, without letting anyone (including the girlfriend) learn about the accident that happened to him. Will the wedding happen peacefully and can Prem regain his memory? Watch NKPK on big screens.

This is an excessively serious film, but it surely is nearly impossible to regulate the laughter, the unlucky happenings. This is a brilliant solution to introduce the four protagonists and their lives throughout the title song, ‘Excuse Me Sir’. The entire four central characters have done an excellent job, especially Vigneshwaran and Rajkumar. The panic and fear, when Prem loses his memory was beautifully portrayed by the 3 friends. Especially Bajji’s reactions and Bucks’ absurd advices are hilarious to the core. Vijay Sethupathy may be very convincing as a man with memory loss, together with his ever pondering looks. Saras character is a beautiful serious and intense one and Raj Kumar fits the bill perfectly. Gayathri makes a brief appearance, but does well.

The greatest positives within the film are Bajji’s petrified reactions, Bucks’ authoritativeness, funny dialogues, unexpected turn of events and shocking memories of Prem that sits in preference to those forgotten. The director has maintained the suspense and managed to maintain the audience thrilled throughout the end. With only one word, ‘Ennachu’, the director brings out chuckles, exasperation and sorrow from the audience.

The film’s composer Ved Shankar, a manufactured from AR Rahman’s music school, has done a wonderful job. His naughty and playful tunes through the serious scenes trigger laughter. It was unfortunate that not one of the tracks rather than ‘Excuse Me Sir’ was added within the film.

The Salon scene is a cracker and the hairstylist does a super job. The Schindler’s list style finish, where the true characters come on screen was pretty touching too, though it creates a documentary feel.

Cinematographer Prem Kumar’s close ups and a few stagnant shots proved very appropriate in capturing the feelings perfectly. His work, especially the low angle tights, too contributed to the facetiousness of the film.

The film moves very slow, however it is understandably the character of the tale. Monotony breaks in when Prem keeps repeating the similar dialogues. Since that may be exactly what happened it's not a grave mistake too. In some places the BGMs are too loud that the dialogues go unheard.

On the whole, this frightening experience of the four friends is a roll-on-the-floor-and-laugh experience for the audience. The male populace can relate to the tale more and can trust the reactions and the behaviour of the protagonists.

Off the record, people say that it's immoral and inhuman to laugh at others hardship, but Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom doesn’t fall under that category. So laugh your heart out!Verdict: The missing pages are more exciting. Well worth the watch.

An unforgettable experience: Vishnu

Vishnu, the young actor who got noticed in his debut film Vennila Kabaddi Kuzhu, is now back several films later, with another realistic performance in Red Giant’s Neerparavaidirected by Seenu Ramasamy. The actor who plays a drunk fisherman from the 1980’s talks about what went into the making of the film and takes us behind the curtain into his performance..

Tell us about your role within the film.I play Arulappa Samy, a drunken youth who lives in a fishing village. He falls in love with Esther, an orphan girl and the way his life takes an entire turn is the story.

You’re a city bred guy. How was it transforming yourself right into a fisherman?

This was one movie I just waiting to start out work on! I loved the script from day one! For me, that is one unforgettable experience. I got completely concerned about the script and whatever physical hardships came, we endured comfortably. We didn’t do any rehearsals in any respect. We shot in Manapaad and the beaches nearby. As per Seenu sir’s advice, I MIGHT wander along the shore, observing the fishemen and their body language and being used to the salt water on my skin. I got a deep tan and my skin started to peel off in the course of the shoot! I learnt to deal with a catamaran and would go fishing early morning with the fishermen. All this helped me get into character I ASSUME. In fact, one day, I USED TO BE walking at the beach in local costume and my wife who was AD within the film, didn’t recognize me within the crowd! I learnt to live with the ocean and sand. In truth even after five washes with Dettol, the sand could still be found on bodies !

You needed to placed on and reduce weight as well?Yes, the film has two looks for me. So I needed to placed on weight after which lose it in 20 days !

How was it working with Sunaina? She could be very dedicated. For hours she needed to be standing amongst the salty waves within the sun, but  she never hesitated for a moment. It was not easy, getting hit by the massive waves under the recent sun…

How was it working with a countrywide Award winner like Seenu Ramasamy? He has praised your work within the film…Whatever you spot on screen is due to him. I'M happy he got out my best from me and transformed me into the character. He was very strict to get what he wanted. But he also gave us a large number of freedom. It was an enormous learning experience.

Vivek is separate, Santhanam is separate

Comedian Vivek gave a memorable performance in Singam as Yettu Erimalai making him a vital part of the film. His role will almost definitely be reprised in Singam 2 to boot. But director Hari, who has a fair grip over the economic audience’s demands, has also included Santhanam within the film. The director is careful in avoiding a clash of screen space between the 2 star comedians and has reportedly etched out two independent comedy tracks for every of them. While Vivek will return to tickle our ribs as Yettu Erimalai, Santhanam might be introduced in a separate comedy track as a brand new character to the sequel’s proceedings.

The film stars Suriya and Ansuhka with Hansika Motwani added to the sequel.

Kai Tamil Movie Online – Review

Newcomer Vinod Raghavaa’s Kai features debutante Vijith and Joshna within the lead and the film have been produced by Kumutha Movies. The film is ready two brothers, who lose their mother at an excessively young age. The elder one, Kai played by Bose Venkat, turns a goon with the intention to generate profits and to deal with his brother. The more youthful brother, played by Vijith falls in love with Joshna, sister of the Assistant Commissioner, who's on a mission to bring down Kai and his boss, Guruji. What follows after that is Kai in a nutshell…

Or that's what we predict the tale is. The director has stuck directly to the industrial template that contains sentiments, actions, romance, glamour and comedy.

Vadivukkarasi’s presence is a surprise within the film, however the sad thing is that the talented actress hasn’t been given enough scope to accomplish. Talking about acting, both Vijith and Joshna have a ways to move and feature lots to be told. The presence of Parotta Soori and Kanja Karuppu doesn’t add any entertainment to the film. But, Venkat, who plays Kailash aka Kai does a good job and so does Sharan Raj, who plays the Assistant Commissioner.

What shadows their performances is the logical loop holes surrounding their characters. There appears to be quite a few side stories that hang loose from the primary story line.

It is sweet to hear Dr Yesudas after an extended time, but Ishaan Dev’s music isn’t adequate for him. Almost every dialogue has a background score and they're all noisy and irksome. Cinematography and editing lack professionalism. The film is blurry at parts and it seems like watching a 3D film without the best 3D glasses.

Overall, director Vinod, despite having a couple of experts in hand, has get a hold of a lifeless product.

Verdict: You may also safely skip this one

Ajith Join With Tamannah
