Rajinikanth refuses to refund 3 distributors!

Superstar Rajinikanth has issued a press statement that he has nothing to do with 3, a movie directed by his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth and produced by Kastoori Raja’s RK Productions and Dhanush’s concern Wunderbar Films.It seems distributors had approached Rajinikanth as they lost money in buying the distribution rights of the film, which was sold at a high price.

The Telugu distributor of the film Natti Kumar,who had spent Rs 6 Cr on buying Andhra rights, has told a newspaper that he have been capable of recover only Rs 1.70 Cr of his investment.

Veteran distributor Dr Kalidas who took NSC area of the film is quoted as saying: “After the hype created by Kolaveri song, as distributors we expected a super movie and so we took the gamble. Now we're paying the price.”
