One of the freshest films out there is Vaanam director Krish’s bi-lingual in Telugu and Tamil, which features Telugu star Rana Daggubati and Nayanthara. The film titled Krishnam Vandae Jagadhgurm (KVJ) in Telugu was named Ongaram in Tamil.
Krish is a pathbreaker who makes good cinema as proved by the success of his Gamayam and Vedam in Telugu and Vaanam in Tamil. SO MUCH is riding on Ongaram after the director’s casting coup of bringing Rana who debuts in Kollywood and Nayan together.
Krish started the shoot of the film in a forest area near Palakkad after which moved to Pollachi. Now the unit of Ongaram has come to Chennai for every week long shoot at Binny Mills with Santhanam within the cast.
Rana Daggubati tweeted – “KVJ might be my first Tamil-Telugu bilingual. Shooting in Chennai for the primary time. Tamil lines for the primary time. Extremely excited and honoured!”
