Story: Seenu (Vikas) desires to become a music director, but to make ends meet he works in a central authority office. He meets Thenmozhi ( Megha Nair), who becomes his muse. But before he can admit his love for her, she tells him about her love for an additional man. Will he be capable to achieve his dreams and win his lover’s heart?Movie Review: ” Kadhaleche Paar” (“Try falling in love”) has a tight story, but falters as a result of mediocre manner wherein it's handled. A BIT more attention to details, akin to continuity, by director Vijayabalan and his crew would have helped.
Although Vijayabalan sticks to the plot, weak acting, particularly by Vikas, lets him down. Dialogues by Vikas (“I’ve waited greater than 14 years to make a mark within the industry”) make us doubt if the movie is autobiographical, but on the end we still wonder whether he’ll make a mark.
Comic scenes are another area where more care was needed. These scenes digress an excessive amount of from the plot. Similar is the flashback of Thenmozhi, during which she tells about her love in college. A COUPLE OF characters, like that of a colleague of Seenu, provide slapstick humour, which might has been avoided.
The music department has nothing interesting to offer, and a “gaana” song for each emotion is a huge put off.Critic’s Rating: Cast: Vikas, Megha NairDirection: K S VijayabalanGenre: RomanceDuration: 1 hour 57 minutesAvg Readers Rating:
